Late Fees and Withdrawals

Late Payment Fee:  An additional $35 will be added to tuition not paid in full by the 5th business day of each month.  Tuition and late fees are due immediately thereafter in order to continue in care.

Late Pick-Up Fee: $1.00 per minute, per child, for every minute your child is in care after program hours.

Returned Check Fee:  $35


Withdrawals

If a child is withdrawn from MFH during the regular school year, re-enrollment is left to the discretion of the school. Due to financial obligations, it is critical that we maintain full enrollment at all times. We require at least 30 days written notice in order to fill vacant spots. Therefore, written notification must be submitted to MFH 30 days prior to a student being withdrawn from the school. Your responsibility for tuition continues through that following 30 day period. Failure to provide written notification does not relieve you of responsibility for tuition payments, and your responsibility will continue for at least 30 days and or until your child’s spot is filled. In case of prolonged absence, a child’s enrollment in the class will be reserved only as long as tuition payments are being made. A prolonged absence is any absence of 30 days or more and includes, but is not limited to, withdrawal during the summer months. Due to our financial obligations, no tuition payments or parts thereof will be refunded because of absences or withdrawals.

Summer Withdrawal Policy
In the event that you withdraw for the summer months, you will be required to re-register and pay the registration fee to secure your child’s enrollment at the center just as you did upon first enrollment. **Please note:  This registration fee is non-refundable should you decide to forfeit your slot. This summer withdrawal policy does not apply for ages 8 weeks to 3 years and any of our Part Time Classes. You will still be responsible for paying full tuition for the summer months in order to secure your spot.
